Another Sage thread..

To be clear, obviously the UFC brass has a crush on Sage and his abs and his flips. No disrespect to Sage, but he is greener than grass. He is also small for his weight division, both Enrique and Barbarena were bigger and imposed their will on Sage. Unless he gets a growth spurt sometime soon, I think he should cut to a lower weight class. What would be even smarter, take a break from competing on the main stage, finish school, let his body develop naturally, work on his skills on the side, then come back when he is ready. He is being forced into this game and is too nice to realize he should stop and rethink this. Also, I think he could make more money in movies or modeling or something to that nature. This is a man's sport (women too) where you must bring it all or be willing to lose it all, he is simply not fully developed as a fighter, and unless your name is Max Holloway, it would be wise to rethink some things.

He almost lost this fight so yes, he is far away from being a good fighter right now.
