I'm a wrestler with a goal of keeping my body fat % as low as possible while staying strong (not necessarily gaining bulk). Currently 5'11", 150 lbs, 8% bodyfat.

Morning:
-Strawberry total cereal w/ skim milk
-1/2 cup Egg white

Brunch:
-Balance bar or protein bar

Lunch:
-Half of peanut butter and jelly sandwich made with whole wheat bread and natural peanut butter

Pre-workout:
-Other half of the sandwich
-Banana
-Emergen-C

Post-workout:
-Yogurt
-Whey protein shake made with skim milk

Dinner:
-Tuna or turkey

Before bed:
-1 cup fat free cottage cheese

Total calories: around 1500
Total protein: around 100-120 g

It may seem kinda skimpy but I wasn't losing weight very well on a higher calorie diet. My workout (mon-fri) usually consists of a 2-3 hour long wrestling practice.

It does seem on the low side for calories. But, as long as you don't start feeling sluggish, you should be okay. I would also try oatmeal for breakfast. Not the instant kind, but real oatmeal. It has been shown to be one of the best you can eat. I recommend heading over to this site forums.menshealth.com there are some guys over there that can really help.
