I'm trolling you? You just said I'm a little kiddo. If I have put you into a postition where you have absolutely nothing to say and prefer to insult me feel free. I choose to quote the things you say because they make no sense and you are embarassed when you re-read what you said and realize you sound like a moron.

Its ok, you don't need to respond to what I said since I know you don't have a response. Keep drinking your coke made from the coke tree while you chug that natural glutamine that isn't made in a lab either.

I have one major problem with diet coke. Every person that I know who drinks diet coke drinks a fucking thousand a day. Nobody has just a diet coke here and there. Just about anything taken to that excess is bad for you.

caffine and carbination are the problems with coke, the sweetners are part of teh problem but caffine wears your muscles for no reason and carbination lossens muscle fibers which lowers strength

i have a coke about once every year if that and since i stopped i loset weight and gained muscle

i love the stuff, when im dieting for comps i can consume as many as 6 cans per day , really helps with hunger pangs and cravings

this along with ephedrine is at the top of my list when it comes to getting shredded

on the great scale of things the beniefits out weigh the dangers , americas obesity epedmic could learn a lot from aspartame

Oh a little Info on Aspartame, you would have to drink what would be 3 pounds of it at one time for it to harm you. Not 3 pounds of Pepsi or Coke but 3 pounds of Aspartame at any one given time. This is because 3 pounds or more at a time would basicaly make your body OD on it and couldnt refine it correctly.

If you drink 1-3 Diet pepsi's a week you will be more then fine, gain no weight and have a little caffine boost. If you drink 3-6 cans a day, stop it :)

I drink alot of diet sodas in the evening. Sure there's better things I could be drinking but I enjoy my damn diet coke. It tends to fill the sweet cravings I have in the evening without being packed full of sugar.

I've taken a liking to Coke Zero, and decided to switch over from Coke Classic.
