Shit happens.

Get your right hand back to your chin faster. Don't lower your hands when throwing combos. I'd like to see more punch-kick combos as your kicks look pretty good. Some of the combos where you mixed up kicks in there looked good, but you often throw isolated kicks or like 1 sec after finishing your combo.

My two cents: Raise the bag and punch higher for muscle memory of head shots.don't leave you right hand hanging out there after contact, snap that thing back and don't drop it. Not bad though.

I know you're going 1/2 speed here and just moving, but you may want to get into the habit of practicing good technique, even when flowing through the motions like this. Such as not dropping your hands after a punch, not leaving your right hand out after a punch, setting up kicks and knees with punches, etc etc....
