Angry Al Slams Conor and Demands Rematch with Khabib

Is full-camp Angry Al ready for Khabib?

Didn't sound like he was demanding anything. He just said he should get it before Conor does, which is certainly fair since he's already beaten a top 5 guy since then.

That New York smack talk, tho. Could you imagine Serra getting involved in a Al/Conor presser?

He's right about deserving it more than Conor, unfortunately both Ferguson and Poirier deserve it more than Al does as well. So get in line.

That never happened.

He did way better than mc-gagger though, I'll give him that. And he didn't have to cheat in order to survive, unlike conner with his illegal strikes, shorts grabs, glove grabs, and fence holding.

It ain't cheating if the ref doesn't say anything.

Iaquinta went the distance and put a scare into the champion in the final round with a spirited effort.

McGregor, meanwhile, was outclassed for a fight in which he had a nine-week training camp before submitting in the fourth round at UFC 229.

Did a Conor hater write this or something? Al got 10-8'd in the 5th round (and again earlier in the fight) yet put a scare in Khabib and fought a spirited effort? While Conor got outclassed by actually winning a round off Khabib which Al never came close to doing, while landing more strikes in that round alone than Al landed literally all fight, a feat Conor also did in round 1 which he spent nearly entirely on his back lol, and only got 10-8'd off of a punch that surprised literally everybody including Khabib?

Shit like this is why journalism is in such a sad state.

Al has a good shot at McG but not against Khabib.

Al has every right to poop on Conor and fans should rally behind him. GTFO with a Conor rematch via fucking Poirier.

If he makes his way up this time to challange for the belt I dont have any problems of seeing rematch, but granted that his first bout wasnt even warranted he should lay off a bit its not like khabib didnt had his way with al whole fight and couldnt repeat it again

He may have a valid line position claim over Conor, but what new skills is he going to learn before a rematch?

P.S. Beating Kevin Lee doesn't prove you're ready for a rematch with Khabib. It only proves you're ready for a rematch with Kevin Lee.

Would watch da shit outta Raging Al vs McG.

The smack-talk alone in the build-up would be worth it.
Only if you’re a Connor fan, Al gets mad instantly (duh) and can barely string sentences together

If you want Connor to finally clown a guy with trash talking, this would be the guy

It didn't take very long for Al to turn into Kevin.

He's not demanding a rematch. He's just saying that IF khabib rematches anyone, AI should be first in line.

He's said that khabib and Tony clearly need to fight.

Al wants Conor or Dustin.

I mean, its not like the UFC has been giving title shots to the guys who deserved it. Its been the bigger draws cutting in front of the deserving for a couple years now.

Ferguson is streaking right now and deserving. But before Ferguson there was:

- Jacare (5 UFC wins / 8 win streak) instead UFC gave the title shot to Hendo(1 win)

- Romero (Romero derailed Jacare and was on an 8 fight win streak. Instead of giving 8 winstreak Romero the title shot, they make him fight Whitaker for an Interim and gave the MW title shot to GSP (0 middlewight wins).

- Johny Hendricks (Hendricks was on a 5 fight win streak against: TJ Waldburger, Mike Pierce, Jon Fitch, Josh Koscheck, Martin Kampman. Instead of the UFC giving Hendricks the title shot, they gave it Nick Diaz who was coming off a loss against Carlos Condit. So Carlos Condit who just got the decision over Nick and Johny Hendricks who was on a 5 fight win streak end up having to fight each other and the UFC gives the title shot the Nick Diaz.

So..... I ain't surprised when the guys who deserve don't get it.
