BANGER ALERT!!
Salikhov and Fialho both lost last time out, but are both rightly respected as two of the most entertaining strikers in the welterweight division.
Salikhov is the elder, at 38, and hit his ceiling when he fought and ran out of steam against 'The Leech' Jingliang Li last time out. He's a guy that never relied purely on finishes, though he's more than capable, scoring decision wins over guys like Elizeu Zaleski and Francisco Trinaldo. His spinning attacks, once feared, probably aren't quite so dangerous at this level, in 2022 - but he's still a very respectable striker with shades of Cung Le about him.
His opponent, Andre Fialho, smashed Miguel Baeza and Cameron VanCamp in the first round, but losses to Michel Pereira and Jake Matthews show he's not quite the finished product. Still, he has HEAVY hands, and if Salikhov has lost a step due to age, he's a real threat here.
Who takes it?
