looks like it is basically a measurement of nutritional density, weighted towards micro nutrients.

click to see categories for veggies, sea veggies, fruits, meats, dairy, herbs, oils, beans/legumes, nuts, nut butters, etc. etc.

"ANDI Scores ANDI Scores are calculated by evaluating an extensive range of food factors, including vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals, and antioxidant capacities, based on an equal number of calories for each food. After completing the calculations, foods are ranked on a numerical scale of 1 to 1000, with the highest nutrient foods given a score of 1000. "

I hate mustard greens. To me, it is probably the worst tasting food I've eaten in the past 10 years. It sucks they're so healthy. Part of me realizes that I can avoid them because there are plenty of other awesome vegetables out there that I do eat.

The other part of me is fixated on figuring out a way to eat them anyway. I tried that more or less popular recipe of white vinegar, bacon, and chicken stock and it still sucked. Got any ideas guys?

Seems rather arbitrary to me. Which I suppose is the hallmark of fad pseudo-scientific nutrition.
