Haven't seen Ed Soares in any of the Countdown, Embedded, or promo videos.. Did Anderson and Ed part ways? Tried to search it, but nothing definitive comes up. Be interesting if they did part ways, and if they did, if Ed manages any of the other Brazilian fighters still...

Funny story I heard from a guy I train with that went to high school with Soares. They both worked at a surf shop in Hermosa Beach out here in Southern California... He said Ed was always trying to get a peek at the girls trying on bikinis in the changing stall. Surf store is called E.T. Surf....

Ed was probably at the LFA event last night. He's a partner in that promotion, and that seems to be his main focus for the last 6 months.

From my understanding ....

He is the CEO of Legacy Fighting Alliance and gave up managing fighters as it is a conflict of interest.
