Love both guys, arguably love Shogun even more.

That said, to throw the Overeem wins in there like Alistair at Light Heavyweight was some beast, is a little disingenuous. Chuck Liddell was also shot at that stage, tough to count that as highly as a prime Rich Franklin by brutal stoppage, TWICE.

Also, Chael Sonnen is better than Carlos Newton and Sakurai was tiny compared to Anderson. Marquardt was a solid win, and the Belfort KO was one of the best KO's of all-time.

Anderson at one point was 33-4 (1 loss being a DQ which is meh), really it was more like 33-3.

Anderson also didn't end up fighting Paul Craig and Gian Villante. Anderson's prime went WAY past Shogun's. Anderson has the better legacy and it is not close.

Lol fucking delusional, neither were throwing anything, Vitor took him down, chased and flustered Anderson, then Anderson threw a front kick and it finished.

Still the only decent striker Anderson ever fought in his prime.
