The NSAC has punished the former UFC Middleweight Champion. What is your reaction?

Seems a good deal for Anderson, he'll be ready to sign for a fight soon

What a joke

So he's free to fight again in a few months after not only taking loads of substances, but lying through his dick about it.

Bet the UFC and the NSAC are happy. MGM fight is on the horizon

12 months suspension, no win bonus, 30% of show money, fight ruled NC, and must test clean before he ever gets relicensed.

Motion passed.

Drug cheat out until Jan 31, 2016.

That's a strict punishment for the current standards until they change in about 6 weeks. No different than anyone else would get.

Well hell if that's the case, would the UFC be able to put him on the card they do every weekend of the superbowl?

He got his penalty and fine, hope he's back in action soon and clean

That's nothing, if it wasn't 1 year, it would have been 9 months, wasn't going to be over a year anyway

Unless if it's wanderlei, or some C level fighter, in which it would have been around 16 months.

The punchline is he lost out on almost half a million dollars.

Lol
Through his dick indeed

Anderson why dont you wrap it up and go home man?? god damn...

i hope he just retires.

im really not interested to see him take more fights

Anderson vs Sexyama in februari. That should fix his little problem.

It's fair considering he was operating under the old NSAC rules.

$380K + 1 year suspension is light compared to the new rules, but he's also done worlds of damage to his reputation so it's was a stiff price overall.

Punishment seems fair. He's lucky he popped before the new rules though or else he'd get a forced retirement.

Looks like Silva will be fighting on UFC 200.
