WOW OMG

hell def beat RJJ, good thing RJJ picked the safe choice in Calzaghe

but seriosly the ring girl cards are hot

good vid thanks, looked good, he got tagged when he started dancing, didn't look it even phased him though. His arms are long as hell, and he attacked the body nicely in this one. Oh and Brazillian ring girls are hot as hell.

Of course this isn't his pro debut as can be seen on boxrec.

Anderson da Silva

That being said as a tall, lanky, southpaw with the power to melt faces and a chin that hasn't been touched yet he could have had big potential had he chosen to enter boxing first.

A guess that puts the term "handspeed" into perspective. In mma terms he has very fast hands. His handspeed as a boxer however, is nothing special. I do think he would have made a decent boxer because he's got good(but not great)footspeed. Someone should put this in the heavies.

I'm a big fan of the MMA Silva, but I saw nothing there that would lead me to believe he would beat Roy Jones.

zzzzzz... huh? I forgot how boring boxing is.

He would need to spend some time working on his boxing. Doesn't look smooth as he does in the octagon.

compared to whom? Mayweather who has quick hands but whose power is nothing more than a love tap?

I suggest you watch some more of his fights. Mayweather has decent pop. Don't be fooled.

Oh great just what we need. More trolls in the boxing forum. He must have pretty hard love taps if he has 25 KOs.

hes nothing more than a good amatuer at the local gym. the whole rjj thing was a joke. he should worry about beating guys in his own neighborhood first, being that he lost to a brazilian journeyman bum. every sparring partner that roy ever had, would hand anderson his ass..

Lol! fuck off troll. the good boxing matches have shit all over the good mma matches this year.

It's not half bad. I like that he goes to the body and he has good reach. His power is fair in boxing, but it's nothing spectacular. He does tend lead with his head when he comes in which would leave his susceptible to fast counters.

To be honest, you cannot tell too much from this fight. The guy was almost made to order for him. I swear Silva is like a foot taller than the guy. It's a fight that made him look good.

Yeah really,

I'd go as far as to say the best MMA fight is nowhere near the excitement of the best boxing fights. Margarito/Cotto shit all over any MMA fight including the Silva/Liddell fight which I rewatched last week. When I watched it a 2nd time I couldnt believe how sloppy it was. I wasnt very impressed.

Isn't it funny that the most important fight in UFC history was between two guys with ugly boxing skills and absolutely no power.

are you referring to that technical masterpiece known as Griffin Bonnar I?

To be honest... If you really want to know how I feel about this. Read my signature.

....eh pretty much. Heard alot of hype about it. I didn't see it live and then when I when I finally saw it, I said to myself , wow these guys have absolutely no finishing power.

It was a nice scrap, but to me, to be honest, it is comparable to 2 C-class boxers colliding. Kind of depressing that this is consider the Holy Grail for the UFC.

**And yes, you name any all-time great MMA fights and it doesn't even compare to any fight of the year candidates each year in boxing.
