Brazilian fighters love to move to other orgs that have less stringent (or non-existent) drug testing.

I suppose but this is part of the reason why Bellator struggles with legitimacy. Yes the UFC has built joke fights (CM Punk...) but for the most part they avoid the freak fights.
 
I'd love to see him fight at ONE FC. Help promote that Asian MMA brand. He's a legend and will always be a huge draw in that league

Because that would be by far the biggest ppv bellator has ever done and they would pay them more than the ufc ever has.
