Anderson Silva (And others) NSAC Hearing - Thursday (On Fight Pass)

If it is indeed open to the public then the ufc has to make it a public stream right?

I mean they can't just privatize public properly and include it as a part of their subscription package right?

I don't know. I'm not for the States. Seems really curious though.

Nope, why would they need to make it public? The meeting is open to the public, the UFC is there to cover it and video tape it, much like CNN, FOX or any other news station would do, difference being they don't really give a fuck about this meeting, so won't be there. lol

One slight point of confusion.

Its been widely reported that the two quest tests were "one pre-fight, one post fight"

Silva's defense against the NAC will also contain inconsistencies in drug tests, including two tests -- one pre-fight and one post-fight -- that Silva passed. The NAC did not include in its initial complaint the post-fight test that Silva had passed, according to the complaint.

Looking at the paperwork from the two tests.

1) marked as 10:00 - but note the use of 24 hour clock, suggesting this test was 10am

2) marked as 18:49 - this is certainly pre-fight

Suggests both quest tests are pre-fight, not pre and post as reported.

It's sickening how the UFC is trying to make money off of this.
