Father time has caught up with him and he should just retire before he gets knocked out again or takes a beating. Maybe one more fight but he needs to retire

Not yet IMO, ID like to see 2 or 3 more fights. Anderson looked pretty damn good against a top 6 mw in Bisping.

No more fights vs up and comers though. Super fights or bust.

Yeah, probably should. I really still think he has some fights left, but he has to think about his long term health. If he keeps getting hurt it might be best he just lets those 2 or 3 he has left go. He's a champion and a competitor though, I think he wants to go out on a high note and deservedly so. He'll definitely be back for at least one more.

I wouldn't call Silva vs Evans a super fight at this stage in their careers. Rashad should absolutely hang'em up

They both should but neither is and these are the kind of fights that make sense

Time for him to go to Bellator. I see him beating Shamrock, Gracie, Kimbo, Dada. That's four juicy paychecks.
 
I agree. The only fight that I'd be interested in seeing is Anderson vs. GSP and I don't think that'll ever happen.

This Hall fight made absolutely no sense. Anderson, the greatest of all time, going up against a nobody when he's 5 years passed his prime. It was a recipe to make his fans cry. I don't want to see that.
 
Anderson started losing to wrestlers and Michael Bisping, and had trouble vs a welterweight.
No striker should fight past forty. Reflexes and speed is going down long before that.

I think he should retire before he is seriously hurt. He has looked like shit (relative) for ages, and should probably have retired years ago, after the Maia fight.

I definitely agree it's a fight that makes sense. I'd hate to see Rashad get KO'd, potentially. He was so sad after his last loss. Damn near had me crying

Agree. God bless him - but the body is only made to handle so much training and abuse. Just freaking coach and do appearances.
 
He got dropped,rocked and lost to Bisping

Yes he's still better than most guys and could win a couple more fights. But why? He has nothing left to prove and doesn't have the ability to beat anyone who would be a major add to his resume. Plus his body is literally screaming at him to retire

Hang em up Andy it's been fun. No one wants to see you end up like Ali
