I looked and could not find this slow motion video posted but i am sure someone did somewhere so sorry if you did.. But anyway this video is shocking to me not because he KO'ed the guy but the fact that he kept hitting him after he was clearly done, its sparring, you can clearly see his eyes were closed in this slow motion video but he kept hitting him..?? idk what do you guys think?

    He didn't say the safeword.

Also, Anderson's gym has a convention that if you close your eyes it means you want your opponent to go harder.

As Mike Tyson says, everyone who's ever been in a streetfight knows the first time your head hits the concrete, you go out, but on the bounce, you wake up and come back swinging.

Is normal. Anderson hespect the fight for opponent.

I'd hardly say he was hitting him hard after the knock Down.. looks more like he was pawing at him, not really blasting him or anything..

from what I've heard even the training partner said he wasn't knocked out

once you have a concussion any shot is going to do more damage, he wasnt blasting him but he was done after the knee and it looked like he was out, that knee landed flush.

Brazilians don't give a F and aren't as soft as Americans. And that's coming from an American.

That's what I originally thought too. I figured maybe there were training recovery (whether real or pretend) or training how to finish a guy who's hurt (whether real or pretend).
I would think as a fighter you'd want to be able to get hurt and have a guy paw at you in training so that in a fight you react on instinct.

I still don't think this dude was knocked out, seems like they were doing some sorts of drills specific to rocking your opponent/getting rocked. Everyone is flipping their shit over nothing.
