Anderson didn't actually think the fight was stopped. It was a cheap tactic.

I am surprised by how many people actually think Silva thought that he had won the fight at the end of the third. Him jumping on top of the fence pretending to win was a ploy to get Herb Dean to just go a long with it. Trying to convince people you won is a cheap tactic people try to use. Several people went up to Anderson and told him the fight is still on and he played dumb and stayed up there like all the times he pretends he doesn't understand English. It was very obvious I'm surprised more people didn't notice. I used to be a fan of Anderson but stuff like this and other actions of his lead me to dislike him for the fake person he is and the lack of character he has.

Anderson used cheap tactics all the time, and he's disrespectful to other fighters. So glad he lost again.

I think Palhares honestly thought he won. The guy is not very bright. Different from Anderson.

I'm not 100% sure but I do think TS is right.

Not stopping the fight was still a bullshit move. Silva would've served his case better by standing there pointing at Bisping's heap and yelling at the ref like BJ did when he stopped Sherk.

I'm surprised you didn't notice they gave Bisping 3.47 Minutes to recover from the KO.

The fight should have been stopped via Anderson KO

I honestly don't put it past him, it did seem like a fake reaction when he finally accepted the fight was still on.

When has that tactic ever worked? I don't think he's that stupid.

Yeah I kind of thought the same thing. It struck me as odd that it took him so long to realize that the fight wasn't stopped when so many people seemed to tell him instantly. That whole thing was weird, and I'm not sure what to make of it.

I agree no way he never heard anyone telling him the fight was not over or notice the people trying to get him off the cage. He may have thought it was over for a second but he knew very quickly dean didn't stop it he was just hoping they would go ahead and call it anyway. Pretty despicable imo.

    Anderson hardly understands
    english. Let alone the drowned
out accent of some English man
    in a loud arena.

Neither of us could fathom how
loud it was in that moment.
    Don't be so petty.

I think that was just such a weird fight, doing that just gave Bisping much more time to recover but even then when they came out for the 4th Bisping was still clearly rocked and all bisping done was circle round the outside of the cage for the first 30 - 45 seconds
