I havent done bjj in a year and will be starting back up this friday and could use a few tips.First off im a big dude 6'0 300 combo of fat and muscle im by now means weak. In my previous experience i found rolls would allways be me on top going for kimura or americana a few rnc and that was it. Im hoping to become a well rounded person and not rely on size and strength. so any tip u have would be great thanx.
 
Roll light and put yourself in positions that you are uncomfortable in.
 
Practice your guard and focus on using your technique, not your strength.
 
I'd just automatically go into guard to work on that out of decency to your training partners. Once you lose weight and get the feeling back the work whatever you want.
