Analysis Video why Margarito beats Pacquiao

I think he has a pretty good analysis. But I'm a huge pacquiao fan, I hope someone replies to this in contrary to what this guy is saying.

Pac is quicker and faster, has better footwork, movement and angles. Margarito likes to walk strait in, weather the storm and win in the later rounds. Pac will use his footwork and combos to win by KO.

Bad analyses in my opinion. Hatton is faster than Marg.. not as lanky.. completely different fight here.

Saying Manny can’t fight backing up is dumb.. His whole game is not side to side.. it’s in and out.. He darts backwards – lets the opponent step forward and then darts in with a straight left while his opponent is mid-step..then he goes around his opponent.

He also doesn’t understand the way the plaster of paris works… it is soft until it gets wet.

Here’s a real analyses…

Marg had hell vs. the speed of Mosely.. Pac is faster than Mosely.. and has better footwork.. His analyses of Mosely was shit too.. Mosely dives in with a big shot just like Pac from outside.. and then when inside he digs to the body before clinching and resetting for the rinse repeat.

Also, Pac did get caught with some shots vs. Clottey./. that’ll happen when you are throwing 100+ punches per round while your opponent waits behind ear muffs.. marg will not be waiting.. marg will be aggressive and providing counter opportunities for Pac…

Look for Pac to get a tko < 8&#8230; consider the fact that Marg will not going into boxer mode when Pac hurts him.. he will stay there in front of Pac trying to make Plan A work until he is destroyed

this guy is right to bet on Marg in this fight.. only because the odds make the risk worth it.. but his analysis is shit

Dwyer is easily my favorite guy on youtube when it comes to picking fights, he may not be right 100% of the time but he knows his shit and studies the fighters. I'm not saying he is right here but calling it a shit analysis may be taking a bit far imo. I'm still leaning towards Pacquiao winning the fight but a tall, durable pressure fighter like Marg coming in probably 20 lbs heavier than Pac is capable of doing some serious damage or even stopping Pac in this fight.

If pacmans power isn't there at this weight class, it's going to be a long night. Margarito will take 3 or 4 punch combos to land one power punch. Margarito is normally a slow starter but if he's able to attack mannys body early, margarito might be able to win by ko. Margarito has a very good chin and is heavy handed. Betting on margarito is not that bad of a bet.

Margarito eats too many punches for him to be a safe bet. Even from the 24/7 vids of him sparring those slow wide punches are going to be outside of Pac's short straight punches drilling him in the face and KOing him.

I would definitely bet on Margarito as a sizable underdog (if I were betting) but most of that analysis was just rationalization. Pacquiao should win.

It's as easy to recognize some of the devastation Manny has put out on larger guys utilizing his speed as the reach advantage and pressure Margarito will be bringing. To win, Margarito is going to need to be impervious to Manny's power and then he's going to need to be able to catch Manny too.

While I agree with most of what he said, Hatton has much faster feet than Margarito therefore Pac had to jump back quicker to avoid his shots and probably why he touched the ropes, look how much trouble Hatton's footwork gave Mayweather.

Margarito's feet are a lot slower and he doesn't cut off the ring, he just follows his opponent around, I think Pac's footspeed will get him out of trouble in this fight.

Pacquiao late tko or unanimous decision.

Unless Pacquiao's distractions have been overwhelming, I can't see him losing.

The difference in speed and skill are dramatic. It would be one thing if Margarito used his size advantage properly, keeping his distance, popping the jab and boxing Pacquiao rather than trying to bully him. That's the main reason why Team Pacman and Roach declined the Foreman fight, and why they may never fight Paul Williams. Big guys who can counter-punch effectively are all wrong for Pac.

But Margarito doesn't do that and has never done that. He rushes his opponent and tries to overwhelm him. That's suicide against Pacquiao, who destroys fighters with poor defense who underestimate just how fast and powerful he is.

Margacheato might not have loaded gloves anymore but he still has his chin. Pacman, as amazing a fighter he is, doesn't have Mosley's power, IMO, so I think Pacquiao takes this by decision, but margacheato can win this fight, even without plaster in his hands. I think margacheato's right, Pacquiao has good power, not super welter power, and it's interesting that his trainer mentioned the body attack, something that's beaten pacquiao before. Can margacheato, without loaded wraps, do enough damage to Pacman's body? I dont think so, but he can maybe slow down pacman with pressure and body attack and eke out a decision.

Even the best chins crack eventually. The amount of power shots he ate versus Mosley will have had an effect ,not to mention being in some other wars.
