She signed a 2 fight deal with Heather Hardy.

1 in MMA
1 in Boxing

After losing the MMA fight, she decides to retire, therefore ducking the boxing match.

Earlier today, I spoke to my long time promoter/advisor Mr. Allan Tremblay who has been a father, a friend and mentor throughout my entire professional sports journey. I told him it was time for me to move on from fighting.
After that very deep and emotional conversation, I spoke to Mr. Scott Coker next and thanked him for allowing me to be a part of @BellatorMMA.

the only good thing to come out of that fight was Jordan Breen's twitter rage.
 
Heather Hardy can say she made someone retire, could be good promo (though not completely substantiated).
 
They gave a black eye to the sport of boxing when they tried to out grapple each other in their mma fight, it was cringeworthy and pathetic all they did was stall and had so many openings for easy submissions

Both should just retire already, Ana Julaton is nothing she wasn't even a good boxer, just rode that Filipino train when Pacquiao, Viloria and Donaire were hot and even had the nerve to call herself the female Pacquiao hahaha
