Amount of miles to run without losing muslce mass?

How many miles do you run and how many times a week can you run without losing muscle mass?
 
runnin around 2.5 - 3 miles 3 or 4 times a week , weights twice a week as well as mma every night and saturday morning and i havent lost any mass .
