I don't get all the hate surrounding Amir. Forgive me if I'm wrong but I thought this was the technique forum, and I'll be damned if Khan's not got good technique.

This is so true, and exactly the reason that no top level boxers/mixed martial artists ever use heavy bags, ever ever.
