    Quote dosen't say which aminos specifically, besides a hard training individual who isn't a retarded 15 year old should be getting an adequate amount of each from the food he/she consumes.

    You're allowed to click the link provided and read more than the quote and the title alone strongly implies which AA's were used.

    That study, however, is not applicable to humans for many diatary and phsyiolocical reasons.

    I think this study would have been more interesting if they had a protein-supplemented group for comparison. No one rejects the importance of amino acids...the interesting question is whether or not isolated amino acids are any more useful than protein.
