Has anyone been to an Amazon Fresh?

There is nothing special about the store itself. It's a less good version of a typical grocery store. Where it excels though is with check out. All of the items have barcodes on them even down to bunches of bananas. Instead of just going to a cashier or a self check out where you have to scan your items though, you just walk out. Amazon "knows" how much to charge you based on the bar codes. It's not perfect. I was not charged for a few smaller items. I'm guessing because the barcode was obscured or damaged in some way. IMO, once this becomes more accurate though, this will be the future of retail. You will do some kind of sign in when you enter the store. Then you will just walk out the store with your items. No going to the cashier. No scanning anything at a self check out machine.

How do they weigh your produce, do they have bar codes on each individual grape?

Do they still have self serve tubs of dried fruits and granny candies, no way Im going to a store that I cant do a little illegal snacking in during my trip

Not a horrid store and some novelty but ultimately it uses tech to solve nonexistent problems. For example, you get carded for alcohol in the booze section instead of when you check out. So congrats Amazon, you are paying an employee to sit in an aisle to do nothing but check cards. Also, they need more cashiers, since it doesn't matter if you can self check out if no one is using that option.

I will say their giant pizza slices aren't bad.

They are making the customer work for free.

Or in other words, the dumb customer willingly works for free.

Fuck all of that.

Can't illegal snack because they weigh you when you walk in and post your walk in and walk out weight on the jumbotron.

Yea fuck that stupid shit, putting in access codes and retina scans on multiple devices just to get a juicy, ripe tomato
This is worse than them restaurants that want you to scan an app to look at their fucking menu or order through a fucking tablet!
Im legit triggered at this moment

I found it to be convient, but the only fruit I bought were bananas in a pre-weighed bunch.

The experience was much better than self check out. Took two seconds.

This is about conditioning people to a cashless society where you need your biometrics (digital ID) to do anything. Bezos has been a member of the WEF since 1998, and digital ID is a huge part of the WEF agenda. If you're clueless about the issue with that, just think back to what the Canadian government did to the truckers protesting the very oppressive Covid restrictions we had in Canada. While the US was back to normal, here in most provinces it was a shitshow of mandatory masks everywhere indoors enforced with heavy fines and dystopian vaccine passports to enter anything but the grocery store. Every time the end date of a restriction approached, the government kept pushing it back again and essentially keeping us restricted in perpetuity for years. So at this point in time the truckers come in and protest, and the government decides to freeze their bank accounts -- something that should be illegal but they got away with because most judges are Trudeau appointees. What would happen if you lived in a cashless society? You'd be screwed. And you couldn't get around it because every account you'd make would be tied to your blacklisted biometrics. In addition to that if people gave up their biometrics, which is what they want people to do with digital ID bills being introduced in various countries, then you could be followed everywhere through facial recognition technology outfitted in CCTV and get everyone that comes into contact with you in trouble by proxy. In China bus and train stations are outfitted with face scanners to decide if you're 'allowed' to travel somewhere. These ideas are nothing new; it's the Chinese model of control in present day but something globalists apparently want to implement in the west within the next 10 years or so.

Don't engage with these Amazon "convenient" walk-out stores at all, it's much more sinister than you think. You don't want this rolled out en masse because you encouraged it by engaging with it. No convenience is worth that cost.

Oh no you are one of those people who eat while shopping!

I order from Amazon Fresh online. It's better than walking 20 minutes carrying groceries.
