Sonnen has

- the people
Weidman has

- the knockout power
- the mental focus
So yeah, I don't see what you're talking about. Weidman is more dangerous to Silva than Sonnen in my opinion.

Weidman's fight IQ is better. His striking is better than Chael's and he will use it to set up take downs. Weidman's ground and pound is also much better. I think Chael's strategy in the second fight to just come out and get in Anderson's face immediately back fired. It was a winnable fight for Chael but I think Weidman has more tools.

That Sonnen had a better chance of beating Silva in the rematch than Weidman has in this rematch? I know it's weird considering Weidman beat Silva, but I can't be the only one, right?
It's because Anderson's weak point is wrestling and Sonnen put Silva on his back for 4,5 rounds while Weidman gassed after round one and couldn't take him down anymore.
It makes a lot of sense to think that.
