It's because Anderson's weak point is wrestling and Sonnen put Silva on his back for 4,5 rounds while Weidman gassed after round one and couldn't take him down anymore.

That's not what happened at all. Chael came out and went straight for the takedown and got it. Did you even watch the damn fight or did you just read about it on Sherdog?

Mental Focus, idk i guess, everyone that fights can be considered mentally focused though

It's just Sonnen's first fight with AS seemed SO much more dominate than Weidman's. Which seemed kinda fluke-ish. Hell, even though it seems ridiculous, Sonnen's first round in the rematch seemed more dominate than Weidman's first round in the first fight. Just goes back to the fluke-ish feel.

I think Sonnen would have had a decent chance against Silva if he didnt just panic and spazz out. Totally lost his composure by believing he musn't stand with Silva at all. There is a difference between relentless takedowns and being scared as shit standing.

Weidman:
- Gnp
- Wrestling
- Submissions
- Amazingly underrated striking defense. Probably top 3 in the division.
- And most importantly the strongest mentality in the MW division.
