Am I the only one reminded of KSW?

Nearly every time Pudzianowski loses (in KSW) there is an instant rematch, usually one that he wins.

I don't understand the need for a Diaz/McGregor rematch unless the UFC just wants to give him another chance to win the fight. What happens if Conor wins? A trilogy? Really?

I know comparing Pudz and McGregor are probably grounds for ban but I've never seen such an obvious bias on the part of an organization in favor of one fighter as oppposed to the other. The only thing that comes to mind is KSW and the way they've handled Pudzianowski.

Am I losing my mind or does this rematch just seem unnecessary and ridiculous?

Makes a lot of sense to me from a business stand point. They had a huge fight that made huge money for them and it was between two fighters who are always active and down to fight anyone at any time. Imagine you made a movie that set a record for the best box office and income of all time. They they told you months later that if you release that movie again you would most likely make more money then before and beat that record. Would you not release that movie again or make a new movie for less money just because it wouldn't seem lazy?

Then you add in the factor if Conor wins they can argue he fought a bigger fighter on short notice but with a full camp beat him. That will erase the loss is most people's eyes. If he loses they will say he wasn't fighting at his weight class (one of the reasons it's at WW again.) Everything about this fight makes sense and those complaining about the fight will still want to see it.

Only happened twice.

I could really give a shit if it makes money or not. Why? Because I am not Nate Diaz, Conor McGregor or the UFC.

Well...I was just answering the TS' question of why the rematch is happening. The answer is because its making everyone money. You not caring whether or not it makes money doesn't mean its not the reason.
