I have a fight in 6 weeks and I m 3 weeks in training hard right now....But for the second week in a row I feel like I m getting a cold and feel wore down....I train Monday cardio, Tues bjj, Wed bjj and lifting in morning, wrestling at night....Thursday muay thai and bjj in morning, bjj and wrestling at night....Friday and Sat off...Sunday hard mma sparring and lifting....The problem is on my day off's I still work...I work Mon Tues Fri Sat fulltime working outside doing some hard work....So I dont know if I m overtrained or having bad luck with getting colds...But I m taking a few days off completely and see how I feel...Has anyone felt like this and is there anyway to combat overtraining....thanks
