Am I crazy? Or is this guy just an amazing songwriter?

I came across this guy maybe a month ago and have not been able to stop listening to him. I can't believe I hadn't heard of him.

When I listen to music, I'm like most people. I enjoy party songs, drinking songs, songs that are upbeat and get me moving at the gym. But I'm also a big fan of songwriting and songs that really mean something. if you've been following for the last ten years, you know how badly it has regressed across the genres. It seems like the dumber the song, the greater the hit.

This dude however, can write fucking songs. His songs play out like Hemingway short stories to me.

I've thought about getting involved in the music industry, locally, just to show the world that young generation is craving singer-songwriters.

He's good. If you like him TS, you should look deeper into this kind of music. There is a lot more out there.

Really like fiddle/violin. The fact that pop-radio doesn't allow it is so embarrassingly stupid , I just really can't imagine. Listen to Canadian radio if you get the chance. I'm very likely to live right across the water. Their stations are FILLED with music at this level. Why America has chosen no good music, I don't know. But I talk to the Canadian's in at my law school, and it is one of the things they notice. Their FM radio plays music like this, and better. CBC drive is a great place to find this stuff.
