So lately I've noticed that, when working with a pad/mitt holder, my right shoulder gets really tired by the end of 3 rounds. I'm worried I may be arm-punching rather than throwing with proper form, mostly on the right cross. I tried asking my coach, he said I was doing ok, but the shoulder thing bothered me. Does anyone have any tips on how to make sure you're not arm-punching?
