Yeah but this fight would be like Forrest vs. Bonnar, if both fighters are legit threats to the champ. It cannot disappoint. This is a potential best-ever co-main event, the type that even if the main event ends up like Anderson Silva/Patrick Cote, you'd still remember the slugfest co-main.

I think Alvarez would have too much speed and has crisper boxing. Gil would maybe win a round but I think Alvarez would take the decision.
