Since Conor is holding up the FW division UFC should let Aldo fight for the LW belt. Alvarez is good and won't get knocked out or tko'd but he will lose again Jose.

Aldo would beat Alvarez but Alvarez wouldn't take that fight when he can have the winner of the Nate/Conor match.

And how is Conor holding up the division when he fights in a couple of weeks, and Aldo just fought a month ago?

  4. They won't ever match up.

    So who cares?

supposedly Conor is to defend his belt next so no...
but I think Aldo would be interesting to match up at 155

I think Conor should count his lucky charms
    and stay at 145

Alvarez will fight the winner of Nate/Conor, especially if it's Conor.
I'd love to see Aldo take a few fights at LW. So many fun fights for him at LW.

He doesn't have better boxing or offensive wrestling. Eddie has more power as well and he's one of the smaller and fastest LWs, not overall as athletic as Aldo but close than anyone but Chad that fought him in that regard as far as overall athleticism/explosiveness. I don't see Aldo winning the clinch exhanges or the sequences near/against the cage.

I would say that's a very winnable fight for Aldo.

I don't know why people keep underestimating Alvarez.

    Eddie grinds Aldo into dust.
