Alright time to evaluate my diet.

I been kind of bouncing up and down between 240 and 250 since I started resistance training, but its time to get rid of this gut!

I havent been on a strict diet to say the least but I do eat clean atleast 4 days a week. Starting tommorow heres what Ill be eating.

Heres some background. I do resistance training 3 days a week(15 warmup cardio), sometimes 4 if my schedule allows(rarely.) I work 5 nights a week 10-6am(physically demanding job) and sometimes on my days off at another job. So yes its very hard to stick to a diet becouse of time it takes to prepare food,shopping ect. But I came up with something I think I can follow 7 days a week.

Breakfast
4 Egg omelette with about 2-3 ounces Cheddar cheese
2 Tomatoes
Cup of Green Tea

Snack
Half a cup of Almonds (350calories about)

Lunch
6-8 oz White Fish of some kind, I skillet fry it in veggie oil.
4-5 oz baby Carrots
Cup of Green Tea

Dinner
8 oz Fish or Chicken(sometimes steak)
Salad
Cup of Green Tea

Snack
Slice of Swiss
Cup of Green Tea

Im Russian btw so I like tea :icon_chee . Ill be consuming about 2300-2500 cals a day. Let me know what you think.
 
Tea ftw!

That looks pretty good, except the calories seem to be a bit low, don't you think?

Not really my metabolism sucks, going by my body weight x9/10.

Becouse sometimes I would just not have the time to prepare meals ahead of time or shop. Have to grab lunch at the mall, or eat out with friends ect. More importantly I just dont like to restrict my calories I feel great when I eat a lot and can lift harder, but the weight I have gained wasnt as clean as I want it to be so I have to shed the extra fat.
 
More veggies! Darker the colour the better; broccoli, spinach, asparagus, bell peppers... they'd all make nice additions to that omelette of yours.
