lately ive been passing alot of gas, this is my diet.
1 cup rolled oats , 1cup whole milk, apple , 1 whole egg, 1 cup egg whites
2 whole-wheat bread, a lot of tuna, shredded lettuce, 2 tomato slices
1 cup emergen-c with water, 1 banana
wrestling practice
protein bar
lifting workout
1 scoop whey protein, 1 cup milk, 1 banana, 3 ice cubes
whole grain brown rice, steamed vegetables,chicken or turkey
cottage cheese before bed
is this normal?
