Alliance MMA inc.
They bought CFFC (out of New Jersey) and V3Fights (out of Memphis), but the owners of those companies bought their orgs back.

I see CFFC has UFC Fight Pass deal so doing well but had no place to hold the fights during the Pandemic, V3Fights had the opposite problem with places to hold fights, but no deal so these orgs have merged.
