All you dummies not watching Mr Inbetween

So 5 years later theres only 3 seasons? No thanks.

I watched the first 2 episodes and it hadn't established any plot and I didn't find the humour funny.

I might give it another shot eventually. I'm guessing it must get much better eventually.

I watched the first episode and found it to be pretty bland. Maybe it starts off really slow?

Yeah. I actually tried twice to watch it. I watched the 1st episode and thought it sucked. Year or so later forced myself to rewatch the 1st and watch the 2nd. It wasn't good either time.

I got half way through season 1. It's too boring

Is this Sherdog's new "The Wire" which I was kind of bored with also

I got through all of the Wire and I think it's good (or at least seasons 1 and 3 were), but I also think it's probably the most overrated show of all time. It was only interesting when it revolved around the Barksdale crew and it doesn't come close to holding up to the best crime dramas.

just did a rewatch
show still has up
shoesmith is a bad ass

The show is good. It did die off a bit in the last season which is why I think Ryan ended it.

Ironically I saw the Magician years ago when it came out from recommendations on this forum.

Further irony was I found out the writer Scott Ryan worked as a cab driver for a time 20 years back in a town I used to live near, visit and get on the piss at during the same period. I had a lol when I found out and wondered if he ever gave me a lift.

I’ve seen this show featured in a bunch of clips. The one thing that prevents me from watching is the dude just looks un-athletic as fuck in every fight clip they show. Maybe it’s just me but it just absolutely takes me out of it, he’s supposed to be intimidating and take no shit but just looks awkward as fuck throwing a punch or kick.
His punches aren't too bad, but yeah his movement is off. His movement looks like that of someome with sciatica

First season is overall good, but it does improve. I'd say if by the time episode 4 is over you arent interested, it might not be your thing. But if you dont hate it, give season 2 a try. I mean, therye basically all less than 30 minutes a pop.

I'll say this, its more of a character study of an individual who thinks violence is normal more than it is about an overarching plot (although that does come into play in season 2).

You fuckers got me to watch this and damn, I was missing out.

Despite my earlier criticisms, I do like Ray’s character. They do it very well.

Ok the episode where the girl gets kidnapped. Holy shit. One of the best episodes of TV.

Hits you in the feels big time and then the ending… just bravo. Simply bravo
