He has thumbed his nose at the athletic commission and the law consistently and laughed and boasted about it afterwards. He has no personal integrity and any normal person in his position, without his contacts and money would be looking through bars right now.

He should never be allowed to fight in the UFC again. In fact the kindest thing anyone could do for him would be for him to be sacked by the UFC, banned from fighting in the USA and then thrown in gaol for his crimes.
