All JACKED sherdoggers, post your lifts!

Height; 5 ft 11
Weight; 97 +/- a few Kg

Bench- Crippled myself on the right shoulder so when I can be arsed trying to build the strength back up. This time last year I couldn't do a press up as my arm/shoulder was still damaged 3 months after the injury.
Dead- 170 for 5, but building it up again so not really maxing out. See below comment
Squat- 100 for 6. Took about 5 months off to prep for a marathon and not really gone back to it properly. 3rd consistent session this week coming up since maybe Feb.
OHP- Ticking over. Last week 60 for 8 x 3 sets. Think my best was 80 for triples.

Haven't lifted/trained consistently for about 8 years. Pre that and when fighting (circa 2005 when I was 22) I was definitely stronger in the bench and squat (82kg and working sets of 5+@ 130 kg, pause squat for reps at 120 kg).
Ironically my deadlift hasn't really deviated much and can get up to 170kg for reps within maybe a month even after a year off.

Squat 150
Bench 110
Deadlift 200

Started lifting heavy ~5 months ago following a 4 year layoff.

Body weight: 230lbs
Height: 5’ 11’

Squat: 380x3
Bench: 295x3
Deadlift: 410x5

Been concentrating on benching since my latest affair with lifting. I am 51 years old and weigh 165 lbs. I started lifting again almost three years ago. My goal is a raw double bodyweight bench of 330. I've done 320 fairly easy but the double bodyweight has eluded me. I got it 3/4 of the way up and just hit a wall a few weeks ago. I have done 285 for 6 225 for 16 and bodyweight (165) for 36 at this weight. Last fall I did 335 at 180 lbs but that's nowhere near double bodyweight.

72kg BW
The last time hit 1RM was a couple months ago so hopefully I am actually stronger now.

Squat: 120kg
Bench : 110kg
Deadlift : 145kg

I know my squat and my bench are awfully close. I have a weak lower body and a relatively strong upperbody it seems.

Had no idea there were so many Brits/Europeans on here lol.

I’ve never tried any 1rep maxes. Tbh I’m not crazy about lifting, I only do it to get my exercise in. Maybe someone can calculate an estimate for me. I’m currently at:

Bench 225 lbs (3x5)
Overhead press 160 lbs (3x5)
Row 205 lbs (3x5)
Back squat 315 lbs (3x5)
Front squat 285 lbs (3x5)
Deadlift 315 lbs (3x5)

Yes everything is 3 sets of 5, not including warmup sets. I’m ~180lbs 5’10

Age: 18
Height: 5'11
Weight: 170 lbs/77 kg
Bodyfat: ~10%
--------------------------------
Bench: 130 kg
Squat: 150 kg
Deads: 190 kg

These numbers probably declined since I stopped lifting about 8 months ago due to an injury. Im working on my mobility currently to get back to it with a much better form. Only doing MT, BJJ since summer.

No, those are all my best comp numbers. My bench and deadlift gym lifts are little bit higher.

You guys lie to mf much

Who really cares though, when all is said and done? Even if everyone in this thread is lying his or her ass off, we all know for a fact there are people out there totalling 2000 plus.

I am a weakling who has not measured his 1RM
Weight 83kg, height 173
Squat - 6x90
Bench -6x70
DL - 6x100
OHP - 6x50

And that is about the maximum I have reached before. Usually hit a plateu, get injured or lazy above these numbers.

That’s a good lookin squat. How do you keep the bar from falling off your back? That’s what I worry about when I do low bar.

Thanks man. This was from my last meet and was my final attempt of 705. Got called for depth, but it was fair I was obviously high, had to go for it though. In any case, I’ve found that if you find the “notch” in your back (kind of where the bottom of your traps meet your back) and really dig the bar in there tight it really helps to lock it in. Also, I can’t say enough about using wrist wraps. Keeps your wrists from bending back and causing you to lose the weight. I’ve competed in three different feds and using them was legal in all of them.

I know you are lying because your record is 500-0-1. No sherdogger would ever have a draw. Only perfect records on here.
