BW is currently around 125kg and I would like to be under 120kg.

I keep a record of training here. In my experience, keeping a record of my food intake has kept me from consuming a bunch of unnecessary calories, so here I am.

Today's food intake

BF - 4 eggs, 3 bacon strips, 1/2 avocado, 175g Mediterranean yogurt, 1 black coffee

Lunch - 8oz chicken, 1/2 avocado, 1 gala apple, 1 black coffee

Dinner - 4 eggs, 3 bacon strips, 1/2 avocado

Water intake - 5L

8pm - 4oz chicken, 175g Med yogurt
