Luke Rockhold pulled out of his fight with Jacare on November 26. DC pulled out of his fight with Rumble on December 12. Cain has just been pulled from his fight with Werdum on December 30. Someone please bubble wrap Khabib and get him out of AKA...

Always been something in the water at that gym, became even more evident when Werdum and Cain did fight and his coaches proceeded to tell him to takedown the best sub artist at HW.

If its not suspect coaching advice its injury after injury.

Is there a gym with a worst collection of personalities than AKA? full of absolute D Bags.

And two of their fighters failed Usada tests on the very same day.

Aka is coming apart at the seams

Culture problem. Javier doesn't control those guys, they run their own training with no real direction. Overtraining is real

Not really surprised that DC pulled out, he always seems to be getting injured. The other aka fighters don't pull out as often though.

Cain Velasquez, you might not know him because he rarely fights.

But to be fair he was getting fucked up standing so he had to try do to something.

I agree but he sure did last alot longer standing than he did on the mat.

Yeah. I do think his cardio issues and Werdums success broke him mentally and he dove into that , it wasn't a conscious decision but noone does stupid shit like that without wanting it.

Cain and Daniel are just worn out. Older big guys with some miles on them now. It's a rough sport. Cain was gonna loose again anyway. Probably good he got denied by commission. His time has passed. Daniel is next. Johnson will get him if they ever do fight again.
