Aljamain needs to stop with the bullshit about how he doesn't remember stuff and he could be concussed but hes not sure and speak the truth. He is feeding the trolls by trying to be the bigger man when all he needs to do is speak the facts. It does not matter whether or not he is concussed or remembers certain details, that is private and between him and his doctors. All the public needs to know is the truth.
Peter Yan threw an illegal knee that made direct contact with Aljamains head. There is no way to not intentionally commit the action that Yan did unless a spasm in his leg caused an involuntary movement which resulted in his knee connecting flush with Aljamains head. Whether or not Yan was or was not trying to hurt Aljamain with an illegal strike does not change anything. It does not matter whether or not Yan knew the rules. Yan threw an illegal shot, as in a shot against the rules, that could have potentially concussed Aljo.
Why would Aljo continue in a fight when he was just struck in the head with an illegal shot that could have put him in a diminished state. He wouldnt have known until the fight was restarted whether or not his faculties or ability to fight was diminished and once it is restarted he would be liable if he could not continue. There is no incentive for him to continue fighting when he could have been in a diminished state due to Yans ilegal strike, even if he was 1% less sharp in fighting, he should not have to continue 1% less diminished due to an illegal strike
He should just say ^ and end with Yan disqualified himself when he threw that knee, and he has a loss on his record because of it and I accept that as fair punishment for his actions and am willing to give him the opportunity to win back his belt in a rematch but until he does so I have the belt and am BW champion.
He should just say the truth instead of pretending like it mattered whether or not he felt good or bad; it doesn't matter.
