Here's a source:

There's a hundred more if you go searching.
Yes climate change is a broader umbrella term than just air pollution, but I'm curious what you think a politician means when they say fighting against man made climate change. Don't you think preventing air pollution would be one of their priorities? The first sentence from your link:
Air pollution and climate change are closely related.
Closely related means they aren't the same thing.

Yes, but man made air pollution does contribute to deaths in virtually every country in the world. It is a problem that politicians who talk about climate change are referring to.It would, but that isn't how Global Warming morphed to Climate Change.
You're using a comparison like Joe died from alcohol because he died of soroccis. But dying of pollution isn't necessarily dying from AGW.
Btw, not all air pollution is man made or carbon.
Republicans are desperate so they prop him up and defend him when it's clear he has no idea what he is talking about.
What policies of hers would benefit only poor minorities but not poor whites?

If Joe was a heavy drinker and he died of cirrhosis, then he probably did die from drinking too much alcohol, didn't he?
Not the same thing. Everyone agrees that pollution is bad.
So in short what if we did everything we could do not even for global warmings sake but just for the sake of living on a cleaner planet
I dont think you read the source based on this response.
Climate change has been responsible for more frequent and severe droughts in some regions. In others, more severe monsoon and rainy seasons disrupt the availability of fresh, clean drinking water. Both of these events lead to thousands of more deaths than in less severe seasons past. Additionally these more severe weather conditions increase populations of disease carrying mosquitoes.
If you're criteria of "causing deaths" is that climate change cant put a bullet in someone then that's not a gap in climate science or Ocasio-Cortez's statement. It's a gap in your reasoning.
Still wood.Nazis are bad. High blood cholesterol is bad. Let's fight cholesterol like nazis!
Nazis are bad. Teen pregnancy is bad. Let's fight teen pregnancy like nazis!
Nazis are bad. High interest rates are bad. Let's fight high interest like nazis!
Yeah she's a real deep thinker and so are you.
Stupid millennials never heard of the cold war.My problem with her statement is 1 word - LAST.... she said Nazi Germany was the last existential threat to the US. That's clearly wrong.
I'll try to find a Occasio-Cortez poster on Amazon for you to jack off to.Of course she's smart. She's young, though. I was pretty surprised after listening to that clip, though, because I was expecting some outrageous comment.
I wasn't expecting a pretty cut-and-dry analogy about how the United States (and every Allies country) mobilized its economy towards the war effort - and how it's (very clearly) necessary to mobilize the economy and our societies toward addressing climate change. So...are we making fun of her for comparing WW2 Germany to the greatest ecological threat in recorded human history? Is this the epitome of laughing at knowledge because it's too scary to comprehend?
EDIT: Also, Ocasio-Cortez isn't a socialist by any definition of socialism that I can conjure. But she does seem like a great person, and she seems fairly intelligent.
Please tell me you're trolling. She is fucking retarded and claims to be a die-hard socialist.Of course she's smart. She's young, though. I was pretty surprised after listening to that clip, though, because I was expecting some outrageous comment.
