Honestly he’s probably right, Max might be sandbagging. There’s no way Max would agree to a title fight without being able to train for it properly.

they have a strict lockdown for people entering Hawaii, but for the people who are already here, nothing really changed. especially since Max lives in Waianae. if he lived and trained in Honolulu it would be different but Waianae is the country side and it's more laxed because of how sparse the population is.

To be fair.. Max took his first fight after like 2 days of training. Dude is not the sharpest tool in the box but is always down for a fight.
