    Aldo has

    +Better grappling (come at me)
+wins over legit elite level competition
    +much better striking
    +Godly takedown defense
+he's faster and just as explosive as Khabib is
+has experience fighting high level wrestlers, Khabib has never fought someone as good as Aldo before

    Khabib has

    +better offensive wrestling
    +is much bigger

    In conclusion, Aldo > Khabib.

I wouldn't bet on that one but if I had too. Khabib all the way.

Not even close to having better grappling but yes he would.

Khabib fighting someone who has great TDD, and even worse for him, he is short - which makes things hard to get to the legs. Khabib would need to get close and clinch if he wants to come close to getting a TD, but at the same time he is fighting someone who has fine striking with good kicks, this only means that he would get wrecked.

I don't think people remember the last time Khabib fought someone with great TDD. He not only had all his TDs stop, but the dude was able to get a TD against him and out wrestle Khabib.

I am and Aldo fan and I would like to have your confidence. Khabib never fought anyone remotely close of Aldo's caliber but it seems to me that he is more than just TD skill.
Also Khabib is quite bigger than Aldo, and if he manages to put Aldo on the mat, Aldo is staying there.
I'd put my last dollar on Aldo, but it will be a very difficult fight for him.

If sambo was easy, it would be called jiu-jitsu.

I think Aldo at 155 is intriguing , he has made the cut to 145 easier but he is still big for the Division , would love to see him at 155, I think he can beat Khabib , Aldo has great TDD and KO power so if Khabib can't get him down it would be interesting to see how he would adjust .

I'd never bet on a wrestler against Aldo, even if it is Khabib.

Strange, I just can't decide who'd win but either way I'd see it as a fight that wouldn't get out of the first round.

Aldo would do better than Michael Johnson. And it would be a 5 round fight. A lot could happen.

Would agree with that but it doesn't mean that Khabib can't beat a better level of opponent. He has beaten everyone that's been put in front of him.

I would be leaning towards Aldo to win that fight with his striking but I certainly wouldn't be confident enough to bet on either fighter.

It would be an incredibly good fight. I think Khabib's grappling overall > Aldo's though - however the TD vs TDD game would be nuts

Aldo's standup gives him the biggest edge here
