Ok so i don't know why but i have a feeling that mcgregors going to win against aldo, but i believe that aldo's got the better striking, but after seeing some of mcgregor's fights i seen that he has more finished then aldo, but mcgregor hasn't beaten the top tier yet he's only beaten chad mendes which is a big fight for him. So does anyone believe that mcgregor is going to win? If he wins he will be none as the #1 pound for pound fighter in the world though.

It's a hard fight to pick, I havent been able to decide one way or the other and be confident so I am 50/50. Also, I think it will be a close fight and a war and will go to a decision. If there is a knock out I would bet that Conor KO's Aldo. But in a decision I think I like Aldo only because he's got the wrestling/grappling and 5 round experience, so maybe 60/40 Aldo by decision, but of course there is the Conor KO threat at anytime

Yes, McGregor is bigger, better, faster, stronger.

Well also i think that mcgregor has a big mouth, and normally that causes you to lose fights because of over confidents, but i have a feeling that mcgregors going to win by decision, although aldo hasn't been hit as hard as mcgregor hits so i don't know, i still believe that aldo may win if he prepares for the fight the same way he prepares for every fight.

This is the first time I commented on this, but I'm 100% sure McGreggor will lose.

Ya i think aldo will win. But this wouldn't be the first time people thought the champ would win, i mean their was chris weidman vs anderson silva and chris weidman won, then their was pettis vs dos anjos and dos anjos won, so thats why i get the feeling that mcgregors going to win.

nope. I don't see it. Conor has never faced a guy like Aldo. Conor gets hit a lot too, it doesn't matter that he has a chin and can take it either. His stance is prone to getting wrecked by Aldo's leg kicks as well. Aldo is not going to let him paw and measure his punches either. And if Aldo wants to take him down he will, he probably won't but it can happen, unless Conor has developed better TDD. Aldo can scrap and Aldo can be technical, he's just more dangerous.

Biggest question for me is, does Conor come out sprinting towards Aldo, right off the bat? Even he knows that Aldo would be prepared for that, and charging Aldo like that can spell doom. I'm so intrigued how the opening seconds start out.

Because long reigning champions sometimes lose?

???

Aldo does have the striking advantage, but anything can happen i haven't watched much of mcgregors fights because some of them aren't on youtube, but i've seen that he has more finishes then aldo in the 1st and 2nd round so i don't know actually aldo might have more finishes combined with the flying knee and with punches and elbows so maybe aldo, i actually think mcgregor took this fight a little early In his ufc career because he kinda pushed for the fight and dana white just made it happen to shut him up.

It's better if Mcgregor beats Aldo, honestly. Yeah, Aldo fans will be upset but from an entertainment perspective, Mcgregor's rise has been very fun to watch, not to say that Aldo isn't a killer (He is.) he just doesn't have anyone that pushes him anymore.

I see a champion that has sat on top of the mountain for so long, feeling untouchable. For a viewer, it gets boring. Mcgregor is entertaining, If he wins, he may call out another division champ, who knows. The X factor is what makes Conor entertaining, I feel like the Featherweight division needs a revamp.

That being said, this fight is huge and I refuse to pick a winner, I just know I will enjoy a great fight on Saturday.

Mcgregor is the betting favorite.

That tells you that tons of people think he can / will win.

Well i want mcgregor to lose because he's not respectful to fighters who have been champions like he talked trash to anthony pettis who was the lightweight champion and people respect him a lot, then he went to a press conference and talked a lot of shit to donald cerrone and rafael dos anjos who can probably beat the shit out of him anytime so he doesn't deserve to be champion.

I think it's really fucking close. If I was a betting man I'd skip this one. But, gun to my head, I am going with Conor, just because of the momentum he has going right now and the fact that it's been a long ass time since Aldo fought last.

Of course he can win but I really expect Aldo to take it.

I don't think that describes Aldo at all. You simply don't win against guys like Edgar and Mendes (or carry a 10 year winning streak) without being motivated as fuck.

All I know is we're all in for one exciting fight, if Aldo fails to connect with some leg kicks early on, or rather if Conor don't check them leg kicks, the fight goes to Aldo in the later rounds.

If Conor finds his range early, and starts connecting, I wouldn't be surprised to see Aldo get rocked and dropped.
