The best 145er vs arguably the best 155er.
Prime for prime.

Who wins and how?

Prime BJ would touch him with teh jab.

Prime bj wouldn't be able to walk straight for a long time that's for sure

Easy win for Aldo. Way too quick for bj, and those leg kicks

prime BJ is a myth most overrated fighter of all times

BJ would enter the fight in his prime and exit the fight a broken man.

penn just needs to hang up the gloves.....

Really hard to say. Could see Aldo kicking his legs and making it a long night. Could also see BJ boxing him up. Aldo would not be able to submit him and Bj was strong enough to hang with HW Machida and out muscle prime Matt Hughes. Would definitely watch and pay to watch at that.

My pick BJ

Lol @ prime BJ

Prime BJ got beat by Edgar
Prime BJ wouldn't last against many of the current LW fighters right now

Aldo via whatever he wants

Prime BJ's boxing is one of the most overrated thing in MMA history.

Also is really Penn 2.0, they're evenly matched in the grappling department but Aldo is quicker and has kicks and knees. Penn is slow and could be countered. I would love to watch it and would pick Aldo.

That can be your little secret but considering your posting is probably the worst in sherdog history.

You know when you compare them against the same competition it's actually surprising how much easier out grappling the same dudes makes it look. Obviously Aldo doesn't look for subs but he could certainly out grapple BJ for all we know.

Oh boy, I might have just triggered BJ penn worshiper.

Again, BJ's boxing was hyped to the gill by UFC and the fans at that time.
