Having Aldo walk to the Octagon would've been nice, but I honestly think that they could not have done it any better. Looks far more impressive if the promotion was organic, which is what exactly happened there.

Which actually made the callout in the crowd much more effective than a faceoff in the cage would have been.

Just on Aldo's part as well I think he came off looking much better than he would have in the cage where Connar would have run rings around him speaking though a translator, in the crowd he just got to look cool and collected.
