ok, not sure if this is total BS or what not but I was talking to a buddy who said that you shouldnt drink any alcohol for like 9 hours or something after workouts when youve had a protein shake or what not. He said that consuming alcohol stops the body from synthesizing protein or something like that has anyone heard this? any truth?
