Albany MMA Gyms

    Hey guys, I'm moving to Albany, NY soon and I was wondering if there are any specific gyms down there that you know of or would recommend. Figure it would be a good way to kill time and do something I enjoy. Thanks!!!

    Another vote for Renzo Gracie Latham. Short trip from Albany. Albany is a fun town. Lots of colleges and so many hot college girls. I got my bachelor's at SUNY.
