I like Jouban a pretty good amount. He was a legit very fun fighter to watch and far more than just some pretty boy. Thank you for the entertainment Alan! Happy retirement!

He's got a future in front of a camera, obviously, so good for him. Really haven't like him in the studio doing analysis thus far though, but whatever.

    I thought he was retired?

His fights with Baczynski, Belal and Saunders were all fun. He halted the Perry hype train.

Was also on the receiving end of one of my favorite WW KOs when Tumenov sniped him.

Getting to the level he was at is insanely hard to do, he had a really good career

His win against Platinum was a robbery.

    Enjoyed many a Jouban scrap.

    Best of an all that.

Not sure I'm sold on him at the desk but decent enough or on par with others they have stint.

truthfully it's extremely hard to come off eloquent and coherent in the booth, and I think they gave him a few chances but not as many as Yves and Yves always showed up stoned to the gills. Like hearing him speak and the way he looked would put me to sleep as much as I am fan of the guy, I hated his commentary

He calmed sown on the last broadcast. Before he was talking faster than an auctioneer and tripping over his words.

He went out on a win. Respect for knowing when it's time.

He had some very fun scraps, I like him at the desk, too.

    Smart move.

I thought he was the perfect fit on the broadcast team. He seemed like a natural.
I'm glad he's gonna be there permanently now.

I'm happy he's retiring instead of going on a 7-fight losing streak
