Alan Belcher: Did you honestly feel that Okami was out when you threw the elbow?

Nice elbow, but nothing else to see here. While Okami is allegedly out, you can see Belcher trying to move Okami's right arm and get free, but he cannot, because Okami is fighting it.
You usually don't do that while you are knocked out.

No he wasn't out, more surprised and then regrouped after falling down on Belcher from surprise and being rocked..

He moves his arm almost instantly after
