He survived a 5 round fight with the best guy in the division when he was training for a 3 round fight against a totally different style fighter than khabib. I would be proud of it too, it's not like it's easy. I'm sure he believes with a full camp, preparing for khabib he could win. He saved the card after max, Pettis and everyone else couldn't or wouldn't do it.
